Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Admin Customer Care field Manager provides exceptional support to our customers. In this organization he will drive a team of application and engineer people to provide a high level of support for our customers.
This role will be responsible for creating a positive culture within the team, focusing on strategy execution, and ensuring the best-in-class support in their area from technical and application prospective.
Candidates must have a degree in Technical engineering or Scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology), a minimum of 5 years' experience in Medical Diagnostics industry leading teams, leadership attitude, ability to work in a team with a strong focus on problem solving, and excellent English skills.
This role will work closely with Sales to arrange tailor made plans to improve customer satisfaction, and be responsible for improving the Technical and Soft skills of her/his team ensuring the best-in-class support.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through field support, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
