We are looking for a Sales Assistant (Part Time) to join our team at our store in Sanremo!
We seek someone attentive, reliable, energetic, approachable, punctual, with extensive fashion knowledge, trends awareness, and confident styling clients.
The Sales Assistant will welcome and assist clients throughout the sales process, describing products, and providing a high-quality customer experience.
You will support store management in creating a creative environment that fosters employee development.
Main tasks include:
1. Delivering a positive, friendly experience by engaging with customers.
2. Assisting customers and maintaining high customer service standards.
3. Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of all company products and services.
4. Working collaboratively within the team, being positive, respectful, and helpful.
5. Adhering to company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
6. Maintaining internal visual merchandising.
7. Ensuring excellent housekeeping standards.
8. Keeping the stockroom tidy and accessible to maximize sales.
9. Vigilant regarding store security procedures.
10. Being a brand ambassador and contributing to the brand image.
Profile required:
You understand and embody the luxury lifestyle image of Zadig & Voltaire.
Proven success as a sales assistant, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sales skills and a sales-driven attitude.
Ability to handle multiple demands and priorities effectively.
Proactive, with the ability to anticipate client needs.
