Alfasigma is looking for a Supply Planning Coordinator who will report directly to the Corporate Supply Planning Manager. This role is responsible for coordinating a team of internal production planners and will be directly accountable for a specific line of business (pharmaceutical form). The role also serves as the main point of contact for related stock management (FP/SMF Working Capital).
Key Responsabilites:
* Elaborating the RCCP for 24 months (rough cut capacity plan), aggregate capacity constrained and balanced PoR for network review of capacity issues
* Revise previous months volumes to highlights main variations/root causes analysis for monthly forecast submission
* Collaborate with Site Scheduling Team to resolve asset balancing trade-offs ensuring sufficient supply performance;
* Review high-level supply requirements across full constrained horizon; Prioritize orders based on market inventory position, SKU segmentation
* Network Planning:
- Prepare analysis of distributed supply requirements for cross-site discussion; Drive cross-site calls, flagging shortage risks and agree any plan updates
- Liaise with CMO to assure an agreed planning/delivery plan
* S&OE (Sales & Operation Execution) Governance:
- Participate in weekly supply governance calls to troubleshoot low stock issues and balance cost vs. supply trade-offs
- Track root causes and prioritize remediation and prevention actions
* FP/SMF Inventory Projection (internal production) evaluation to balance absorptions costs vs working capital objectives
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field (such as Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering).
* Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry is a plus.
* Proficiency in English is mandatory.
* Hands-on experience with ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., APO, ECC, IBP preferred).
* Strong analytical skills with demonstrated strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging processes is highly desirable.
Location: Ideally located in Alanno, with flexibility to consider other Alfasigma locations such as Pomezia, Milan, or Bologna
