**Job Title:** Sous Chef – Bakery Section
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the production activities and staff within the area of responsibilities to achieve the company's set goals and objectives.
* Ensuring efficient, consistent, and high-quality production.
* Maintaining high hygiene standards.
* Upholding high personnel standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A diploma in culinary or any hospitality or professional cookery.
* Experience in the bakery section.
* At least 5 years' experience as Sous Chef.
The role involves working closely with various departments, including Pre-Preparation, Cold Kitchen, Bakery, and other related areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and preparing hot food products, ensuring production meets company standards and customer specifications, and conducting daily checks and documentation.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for formulating production lists, monitoring telex and D.B.L., and ensuring productivity within the shift is as high as possible.
