Assists staff in selecting proper products or technical information as required Make phone calls, create and develop sales presentations for prospective customers Ability and desire to quickly learn new product lines and processes. Ability to help customers make decisions on style, texture, and functionality of window coverings. Collaborate with Interior Designers, Architects and homeowners on product selection. Minimum Job Requirements: Previous Window Treatment Design Experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven Excellent skills with desktop and mobile computing Desired Qualifications: Understanding of Lutron, Creston, or Hunter Douglas product lines Previous experience as an Interior Designer This position will be a hybrid role working from the Ft. Myers office and occasionally remotely. Total compensation includes both base salary and any additional earnings from commissions. The total compensation for this role ranges from $40,000 to $95,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, employees can expect to earn commission based on performance, with potential earnings varying according to individual and team results.
