We're seeking an experienced Project Director Officer to join our team and take on the challenge of leading project implementation across multiple countries, including the UK, Ireland, Italy, and Spain. As a strategic leader, you'll oversee project deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure seamless communication among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
"> Craft comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets; engage in negotiations with functional managers and customers to secure the right resources and build a team dedicated to achieving project success. Prioritize tasks to ensure productivity, quality, and customer service goals are consistently met.
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, ensuring alignment and understanding as needed.
2. Monitor and track project progress, providing key stakeholders with regular updates to keep them informed of milestones and achievements.
3. Innovatively address and remove obstacles to enhance team productivity and ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications for this Role Include:
"> Bachelor's degree in engineering science or a related field or equivalent experience.
4. Proven track record of managing complex projects, typically with 3-5 years of project management experience in relevant industries.
5. Advanced Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, PPM Pro).
6. Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to assemble, manage, and motivate diverse project teams to achieve project objectives.
7. Fluency in English; one additional language relevant to the cluster (Italian or Spanish) is highly valued.
A Successful Candidate Will Also Possess:
"> Broad experience working in the IVD company, typically with 3-5 years.
8. Exceptional analytical skills; a track record of improving customer experience KPIs in previous roles.
9. Broad experience working in the public healthcare market, with specific responsibilities in Italy, Spain, and the UK being a plus.
