Job Description
Within the Group General Counsel function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group Strategic Legal Affairs team.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
1. Carrying out in-depth legal analysis
2. Negotiating transaction documents and presenting such transactions to the internal stakeholders (Group M&A, Group CFO, Group Strategy, etc.), also managing the relationship with the BUs involved from time to time
3. Appointing and managing external legal advisors, when involved
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
1. 2 years of experience in law firms or in-house legal departments of large companies in an international environment
2. Qualified to the Italian or other relevant Bar Admission
3. Previous experience in M&A, bancassurance and structured finance (bonds issuance and financing), as well as proven ability to autonomously negotiate the main transaction documents for such deals will be considered a plus

2. Ability to perform under pressure
3. Ability to quickly integrate with existing team members
