Job Title: Service Staff
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the rooms and materials in use, performing mise en place to specified standards, and executing expected duties to provide an exceptional experience for guests.
This role requires taking utmost care in serving food and beverages, maintaining order and cleanliness in the room, and supporting the Chef de Rang in operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of rooms and materials in use.
* Mise En Place: Perform mise en place according to specified standards.
* Food and Beverage Service: Take utmost care in serving food and beverages.
* Room Management: Maintain order and cleanliness in the room, supporting the Chef de Rang in operational management.
Requirements:
* Language Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English.
* Experience: At least one year of experience gained in 4*/5* hotels or fine dining restaurants.
* Skillset: Strong organizational skills, communication, customer orientation, and collaboration.
Contract Details: Fixed-term contract (March 2024 - end of November 2024) with the possibility of renewal and growth within the Residence. Availability from Monday to Sunday with two days of rest.
