Job Title: Shopper Excellence Manager
Job Description:
Shopper Excellence Manager. Making sure that commercial organization is led into the right direction in terms of shopper fundamentals, being part of the Trade & Shopper IIG (Italy, Greece and Israel) team.
Your Role:
* Setting or translating the right and relevant strategy as well as targets for In Store Excellence & Online Excellence aligning with Commercial Leader, Consumer Marketing Leader and Western Europe team.
* Enabling the organization with tooling and analytics to help identify gaps and opportunities on shopper fundamentals.
* Maintaining strong collaboration between consumer marketing and sales by understanding customers' needs/requirements, consumer and shopper behaviors as well as category strategies to achieve Point Of Sales excellence with win-win mindset.
* Closely collaborating with sales channel leaders, Consumer Marketing Managers, Shopper activation managers and Market Insight & Analytics for continuous improvement on fundamentals.
* Staying above Chinese wall, providing promo Go to Market guidelines while driving value creation and extraction via orchestrating promo calendar and driving promo effectiveness targets.
* Working on planning, spending and optimizing A&P budget for making sure that marketing plans are translated into set to win and optimized omnichannel shopper activation plans that are executed with excellence.

You're the Right Fit If:
* Have a master's or bachelor's degree In marketing or business administration
* Acquired around 5 years of experience preferibly with a background in sales excellence and shopper marketing or as a category manager.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking, consumer first mindset and excellent stakeholder management and negotiation
* Natural storyteller and digital savvy
* Good communication skills and excellent command of English and Italian
