RESPONSIBILITIES
If you are a results-oriented professional with a passion for financial analysis and operational support, we invite you to join our team as a Country Business Controller. Make a significant impact on our organization's operational success by leveraging your financial expertise and analytical mindset.
For our Business Unit Agricultural Solutions, we are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join the team. Your primary focus will be on business operations, financial analysis, and performance reporting of the Country Cluster East Africa.
You will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and providing valuable insights to support decision-making and the following will be your main tasks:
1. Analyze data, identify operational trends and provide insights to optimize business performance.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency.
3. Prepare accurate and timely reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with operational objectives.
5. Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Support operational leaders in decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations.
7. Coordinate and foster compliance with relevant internal control processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
8. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
9. At least 4 year of experience in Controlling, Finance or a similar role, preferably in multinational companies.
10. Good financial analysis skills plus the ability to understand and support operational objectives are required in order to translate complex data into actionable insights.
11. Fluency in written and spoken English.
12. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and preferably in the use of Power Query/ Power BI and/or Tableau.
13. Good communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to effectively share and explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
14. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment.
