We are seeking a Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will provide exceptional technical support, skilled troubleshooting, and product knowledge to empower customers to get the most out of their Apple products.
Responsibilities
* Stay Up-to-Date on Apple Products and Services: Develop in-depth knowledge of Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs.
* Customer Support: Provide empathetic and effective support to customers experiencing Apple product or software issues using all available tools and resources.
* Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and resolve complex service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
* Team Collaboration: Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and share feedback with Apple to drive continuous improvement.
* Excellent Customer Service: Empower customers by understanding their needs, presenting personalized product and service recommendations, and educating them on relevant purchase options.
* Inclusive Environment: Contribute to a respectful and inclusive environment by valuing diversity and promoting inclusivity in daily activities.
Requirements
* Availability: Be flexible to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, while reliably attending work as scheduled.
* Key Qualifications: Demonstrate technical expertise in Apple products and services, navigate complex customer service issues, and consistently learn about new products and services to enhance the customer experience.
