To support our rapid growth in the electric mobility sector, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join our Italian division.
Your mission will be…
In this strategic role, you will be the bridge between technological innovation and market needs. As an expert in our electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions and smart parking systems, you will provide high-level technical advice to customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive sustainable growth. Your priority will be to ensure customer satisfaction, while exploring new business opportunities to expand our impact in the electric mobility sector.
What will you do...
* Develop activities in the sector of Electric Mobility and Intelligent Parking Systems.
* Acquire and retain a customer base of companies responsible for prescribing eMobility and Mobility solutions (engineering companies, parking operators, fleets, business centers, infrastructure (airports, service areas, etc.), municipalities, OEMs and car dealers, etc.).
* Acquire and retain a customer base of companies operating in the Mobility sector (parking integrators, parking operators, installers, infrastructures (airports, ports, railway stations), etc.).
* Proactively communicate about Circontrol products to prospects, customers and institutions involved in this sector (both in person and remotely).
* Participate in local and international events in the fields of Electric Mobility and Parking.
* Analyze, process and follow up on customer requests and projects.
* Strengthen local business intelligence, analyze the market, identify opportunities and trends, and monitor competition.
* Contribute to the drafting of responses to local and regional tenders.
* Ensure regular reporting activity (using CRM tools and PowerPoint).

Requirements
Who we are looking for:
* Technical education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (preferably electrical, electronic, industrial or telecommunications engineering).
* Proven experience: At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, product management, B2B prospecting or technical prescription. Experience in the e-mobility or parking sectors will be a plus.
* Language skills: Native Italian and good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Spanish or other languages will be an added value.
* Analysis: Experience in using Microsoft tools, CRM and preparing detailed reports.
* Availability to travel: Frequent travel to Italy and occasional travel to the headquarters in Barcelona.
