Our Business
The Group's activities are divided into two Business Areas:
* Transmission systems (axles and transmissions) and components mainly for agricultural and earthmoving machinery, as well as a wide range of gears intended for highly differentiated sectors: from automotive to material handling, from agricultural applications to earthmoving.
* Specialized tractors (vineyard and orchard, between 60 and 100 horsepower) aimed at third parties and engineering services aimed at designing innovative ranges of tractors.

Job Description
We are looking for a CONTROLLER who will be responsible for the following activities:
* Warehouse closures;
* Periodic analysis of company performance by examining cost and revenue variances against budget targets;
* Participation in the budget/forecast process;
* Active role in improving industrial processes;
* Support to the HQ for the creation of business cases related to special projects.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
* Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
* At least 3/5 years of specific experience in the role;
* Familiarity with management software (preferably SAP) and Business Intelligence analysis tools (Qlik, Business Object);
* Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
* Fluency in English;
* Inclination towards digitalization;
* Goal orientation, team working and problem solving skills.
