You will be inserted as an intern in the Sales Area of Bosch, in the Turin offices, having the chance to experiment and acquire new competences in Technical Sales. You will have the chance to: Contribute to something new: You will support the Sales operations by issuing orders for samples, managing the 'Sales Force' database for projects in acquisition phase and projects in series, within the Electrical Drives Division of Bosch Italy. You will also support in the offer preparation and take part in the preparation and execution of internal audits. Experience cooperation: You will learn how to apply Sales and Project Management instruments, methodologies and tools within the Electrical Drives Division of Bosch Italy in order to cooperate with large TIER and OE automotive customers. You will support our Sales team during Engineering Change Requests. Experience internationality: You will be inserted in an international working environment with connections to the German Headquarters and to a multinational major OE customer, leveraging the local and international network. Strengthen your skills: You will deepen your skills in the area of sales supported by a Bosch tutor. You will learn to work autonomously with structured and object-oriented tasks as an integral part of the team. In terms of Strategic Sales, you’ll be involved in the creation of the strategic sales planning. What distinguishes you? Education: Master degree in Economics or Engineering (Mechanical or Electronic). Languages: English (minimum B2), German and French would be considered as a plus. Know-how: Advanced competence in the Office Suite (in particular, your competence in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), good competences in Microsoft 365. You have strong analytical skills and interest in Sales (principles, process, and methods) and a technical background. Work style: Meticulous, flexible, goal-oriented, and a team worker.
