About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic intern to focus on lead generation and customer search. The position involves contacting prospects, extracting key contacts using different sources, working with leads generated from marketing activities, and supporting sales and pre-sales professionals for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow our business development process
* Manage opportunities and leads
* Research potential customers using various information sources
* Handle leads from digital campaigns, conferences, referrals, and fairs
* Maintain a list/database of potential customers
* Respond to customer inquiries and follow-up questions
* Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics
* Update prospect information in CRM and SE Suite
* Prepare and control budgets and economic proposals
* Organize commercial events
* Perform general administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Persuasive and goal-oriented
* Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
* Motivated and self-directed
* Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
* Bachelor's degree student in related fields
* Tenacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
* Strong computer skills, including web search engines, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM experience
Internship Details:
* Six-month internship
* Full-time position
* Language: Native Italian, English desirable
* Hybrid contract (three days of smart working per week, two days in the office located in Varese)
