Sales Executive Aerospace & Defense Italy We are seeking a Sales Executive to support our clients in the Aerospace and Defense sector in Italy. This role is essential in shaping the account strategy from initial engagement through successful implementation. The primary objective is to drive customer business transformation by leveraging Industry Solutions and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals. Role & Responsibilities Represent 3DS as a trusted executive advisor, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives Provide strategic leadership in digital transformation and process re-engineering Drive value-based selling to enhance deal size and accelerate deal closure Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the Italian Aerospace & Defense market Identify and engage new prospects while strengthening relationships with existing customers Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with customer needs Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including contract negotiation and solution adoption Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to support business development Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the PLM or enterprise software industry Strong knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense sector in Italy Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage complex sales cycles Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Strong understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions and their application in the Aerospace & Defense industry Expertise in customer relationship management, fostering long-term partnerships Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from key users to C-level executives Knowledge of business process modeling and a track record of achieving sales targets Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) What’s in It for You International and diverse working environment in a collaborative team Flexible working hours with a hybrid work model for a good work-life balance Extensive skills and career development programs Competitive compensation package, including a variable incentive plan Additional benefits such as a company car, private health insurance, and meal vouchers Join us and be part of an innovative team shaping the future of Aerospace & Defense J-18808-Ljbffr
