Job description
The Guest Relation Agent will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized experience to guests, ensuring a warm welcome, effective communication, and flawless assistance throughout their stay. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests in a luxury setting, anticipating their needs and resolving any issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.
The key responsibilities for this position are:
· Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
· Manage check-ins and check-outs with courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency.
· Provide detailed information about hotel services, local activities, and attractions.
· Listen to and anticipate guest needs, delivering tailored solutions promptly.
· Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, etc.) to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled.
· Handle complaints professionally, offering quick and effective resolutions.
· Ensure every guest receives personalized service, recognizing VIPs and repeat visitors.
· Monitor guest feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
· Support the Front Office team during peak times as needed.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
· Strong guest-focused approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
· Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to anticipate the guests' needs, and work both in a team and independently.
