Your Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The person will drive the implementing of the performance marketing strategy across the funnel, ensuring activation on the various touchpoints to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
* Contribute to the definition of the performance marketing strategy, ensuring consistency with the media mix and the funnel strategy.
* Daily management and optimization of digital campaigns across channels (Google Ads, DV360, Meta, Criteo, TikTok Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, etc.) to increase performances (Leads, Traffic, CR%, ROAS, Revenues).
* Data analysis and reporting on spending and performance.
* Targeting audience/creative materials definition and strategy.
* Annual budget forecast and daily budget management according to targets.
* Monitoring and implementation of new trends, tools, best practices, betas.
Main Requirements
* Educational Background in Data Management, Media, Statistics or equivalent.
* At least 2+ years of experience in driving performance campaigns in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and parallel thinking.
* Solid experience with Google Ads, Business Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics.
* Nice to have: knowledge of Retail dynamics.
