We're currently seeking a Mobility Advisor for our store in Catania. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and offering personalized support.
Your Role and Responsibilities
* Welcome and support customers, providing a smile and a helping hand.
* Advise and guide customers on our range of high-quality products, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
* Efficiently manage rental contracts, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
* Drive additional sales by introducing new options and enhancements that enrich the customer experience.
You'll also be responsible for receiving and checking returned vehicles, guaranteeing total customer satisfaction.
