Job Description:
Job Purpose: We are looking for a Group Total Rewards Lead Specialist to support the development, implementation, and administration of global rewards programs. The role focuses on ensuring fair, competitive, and market-aligned compensation and benefits structures to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement global compensation and benefits initiatives.
2. Support HR and business leaders on pay-related matters.
3. Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures.
4. Contribute to the preparation of the company's annual remuneration report.
5. Maintain and support governance of the job architecture and pay structures.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. 5-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in an international environment.
2. Experience in Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan administration is a plus.
3. People management experience is a plus.
4. Familiarity with market pricing, job evaluation, and job architecture frameworks.
5. Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and data analysis tools (Excel, etc.).
6. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Technical Competencies:
1. Experience with job classification systems and pay governance.
2. Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
Required Behaviours and Competencies:
1. Attention to detail and strong accuracy in data handling.
2. Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to work independently and collaborate within a global team.
4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage confidential information.
Required Languages:
Fluent English is required. Italian is a plus.
