Adecco Spa, for a food company belonging to an international group, is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER - INDIRECT MARKETS to develop and manage clients both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on indirect markets. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with strategic partners, and optimizing commercial performance through indirect channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop a network of partners, distributors, and resellers.
2. Retain active clients and analyze their needs to increase sales volumes.
3. Negotiate and close contracts, monitor orders, and provide customer support.
4. Expand the client portfolio, with a particular focus on foreign markets.
5. Manage and coordinate relationships with distributors, agents, and specific projects.
6. Participate in trade fairs and industry events to identify new business opportunities.
7. Provide technical and operational support for products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in similar roles.
2. Advanced knowledge of the English language (C2), good knowledge of the French language (B2).
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and intermediate skills in PowerPoint.
4. Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
5. Strong negotiation skills and partnership management abilities.
6. Ability to analyze data and make results-driven decisions.
7. Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
