HSPI, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Senior Consultant, expert in IT Service Management, to start a collaboration on a freelance basis (Partita IVA). The resource will be integrated into one of our major clients in the Energy sector for a 12 month project.
Main Responsibilities:
Analysis and Optimization of IT Service Management Processes: identify opportunities for improvement in IT service management processes and support client stakeholders in adopting solutions
Management and Monitoring of IT Events: analyze and monitor IT events in operation, ensuring proper management of tickets (incident, problem, change) in both infrastructure and application contexts
Coordination of Existing Teams: lead meetings and actively collaborate with team leaders to ensure effective communication flows and the timely resolution of events
Support for ITSM Tool Usage: facilitate the use of the HP Service Manager tool by the teams, promoting the adoption of best ITIL practices.
Required Skills:
Previous experience in ITSM of at least 3 years
Experience in managing and analyzing IT events in infrastructure and applications
Design of IT event management processes
ITIL Certification
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the HP Service Manager application
