Currently, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist.
Mission:
We have one ambition for our HR Services team: to deliver human resources services through harmonized HR processes & HR information systems to all our employees. As part of our HR Services team, you will act as an HR Payroll Specialist, contributing to build an easy HR Administration experience for our employees and promoting our HR digital technologies and solutions, to ensure seamless management of change.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full payroll process, cooperating with the external payroll provider and with the internal departments (Finance, Accounting, etc.).
* E nsure the submission and/or data input in payroll system (Infinity by Zucchetti) of monthly payroll reports, sheets, files and documents for timely processing payslips.
* Manage both monthly (modello F24, UNIEMENS) and annual obligations (modello CU, 770 Declaration, INAIL, etc.).
* Support Schneider Employees with their HR-related inquiries, always putting the employee at the center of your action.
