The Role
The Content Communications & Social Media Specialist’s role is to support the creation of relevant content for corporate and business communications of integrated marketing & communications projects, building effective storytelling aimed to position the brand and the business solutions at their best.
This role requires an in-depth knowledge of the Italian language and copywriting techniques, along with consistent project management skills.
You will collaborate directly with the Head of Marcoms and the Communications Manager for the development of global and local communication projects.
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Create, curate, and manage content for various platforms, including blogs, social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.), newsletters, and websites.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of content and social media campaigns, using insights to optimize strategies.
* Support the Communications Manager in executing the communication strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, business, HR, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging across all communication channels.
* Support the PR program and activities by dealing with external and internal stakeholders.
* Manage internal communications initiatives such as newsletters and intranet, and support employer branding initiatives from the content perspective.
* Contribute to the creation of marketing materials related to the value proposition, such as PowerPoint presentations, product and solutions sheets, and brochures.
* Work in partnership with the Global Marketing Communications team to design, create, and implement marketing content and projects.
* Stay updated on industry and tech trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
* Demonstrate analytical skills and understanding of communication objectives.
* Show familiarity with communication strategies and various channels.
* Exhibit operational independence and a proactive mindset.
Our Ideal Candidate Has the Following Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
* 3+ years of work experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role in multinational organizations.
* High cultural background and deep knowledge of the Italian language and copywriting techniques, with a strong eye for detail.
* Thorough knowledge of verbal and written English (mandatory).
* Passionate about technology, digital innovation, data & analytics.
* Experience in managing a range of communication assets to build effective storytelling (videos, customer success stories, whitepapers, presentations, web blogs).
* Experience with visual communication principles and quality content generation.
* Familiarity with content management systems.
* Excellent analytical and project management skills.
* Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Skilled in presentation creation with strong editing and proofreading skills.
* Skilled in developing clear communications objectives in the form of project briefs.
* Capability to act as a real team player and good communicator, able to interact with different functional entities.
Skills Appreciated:
* Experience with generative AI tools (MidJourney, ChatGPT, Claude).
* Organizational and management skills.
