For our After Market Sales team, we are looking for a Jr Sales Manager, responsible for overseeing business relationships with distributors and dealers for our brand Pedaled, in order to achieve planned sales goals. Could it be you? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage international distributors and key accounts to ensure achievement of annual objectives. Prepare, monitor and strive to achieve sales budget/forecast. Coordinate go-to-market plans and new product launches with international distributors, key accounts and IBDs. Responsible for product training of distributors’ sales forces. Develop and manage sales and marketing programs to ensure achievement of annual objectives and build worldwide brand recognition. Prepare sales & marketing proposals and tools; participate in sales presentations and B2B/B2C local events. Conduct market research and provide timely and accurate sales reports and analysis to product, sales & marketing departments as required. Maintain thorough knowledge of Bicycle industry product and sales information. YOUR SKILLS: Fluent in English (Italian and a third language speaking is a plus). Familiarity with standard sales and marketing tools. Interpersonal and intercultural communication skills. Ability to work proactively, with superior attention to detail and organization. High motivation and availability to travel (50% of the time). Passion and knowledge of sports and mountain biking is a plus. OUR REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related field. Based in Europe. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales roles, preferably from Outdoor/Sport Industries.
