Your Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy in your region.
You will manage existing distribution partners, acquire new installers and strategic partners, and actively drive sales of our photovoltaic inverters.
Key Responsibilities:
-Distribution Management:
· Support and further develop existing distribution partners
· Lead and manage distributors, setting goals and defining action plans
· Monitor and optimize sales processes and distributor performance
· Train and support distributor sales teams
· Plan and execute joint sales activities (ride-alongs, promotions, campaigns)
-Installer Support & Market Development:
· Identify and acquire new installers and partner companies
· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
· Convince installers through consulting, technical training, and product presentations
· Assist installers in product selection and application
· Analyze market and competitive trends to derive strategic actions
-Sales & Business Development:
· Develop and implement regional sales strategies
· Identify and approach new strategic partners
· Organize and conduct regional events, trade shows, and training sessions
· Develop and execute sales promotion initiatives
· Work closely with the marketing team to increase brand awareness
Your Profile:
· Completed commercial or technical education, ideally with a focus on electrical engineering, energy technology, or renewable energies
· Several years of sales experience, preferably in photovoltaics, inverters, or renewable energies
· Experience in building and managing distribution networks
· Confident demeanor, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities
· High willingness to travel within the region
· Independent, structured working style with a strong customer focus
· Fluent in Italy and English
