EMM is looking for a: HR Delivery Manager Main Activities: HR System Delivery: Manage the implementation and maintenance of HR systems within a corporate setting, focusing on operational effectiveness. Team Coordination: Coordinate IT and HR teams working in separate streams, promoting structured collaboration to meet project objectives. Platform Oversight: Handle both off-the-shelf HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) and custom solutions (e.g. Microsoft, DevOps, Cloud First). Testing Management: Define and execute integration tests, user acceptance tests (UAT), and full end-to-end testing cycles. Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system architecture, configuration parameters, and operational procedures to support change control. Vendor Management: Supervise external suppliers in outsourced environments, monitoring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards. Required Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, including at least 1 year working with 360 Reviews, Calibration, Goal Management, or Performance Management. Solid understanding of HR business processes, compliance standards, and workforce technology requirements. Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or comparable IT and project management methodologies. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Right to work in Italy. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills to structure activities and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, across technical and business audiences. Ability to identify and resolve technical or process-related issues with a structured approach. Comfortable working across functions and managing input from different teams in complex environments.
