Humangest, a research and selection company, is seeking an administrative and accounting professional for a client operating in the food products distribution industry.
The ideal candidate will be part of a team of three staff members.
Job Responsibilities:
* Cycle active and passive accounts
* Drafting and submitting IVA declarations
* Preparing and filing tax returns (f24)
* Controlling bank movements and reconciliations
* Predicting and preparing documents for financial statements
* Excel file creation and compilation experience
Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent in economic disciplines
* Previous work experience in modernly organized contexts (at least 2 years)
* Excellent knowledge of the Office package
* Good organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
* Autonomy in travel arrangements

* Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
