Pastry Commis Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pastry Commis to join our team at Borgo Santo Pietro, an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel nestled in the Tuscan countryside.
This exceptional individual will be responsible for creating exquisite desserts and pastries for our main Restaurant Trattoria and Michelin Star Restaurant Saporium, Chiusdino.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and prepare bespoke desserts and pastries for special occasions and events.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry recipes and menus.
* Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all pastry dishes.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
