We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (m / f / d) to whom we'd like to offer the following growth opportunity:

Company: Around 13 employees by the end of the year.

Politics: None. Decisions within 24 hours. But we prefer to think and decide for ourselves.
Technology: We are using HubSpot for Sales and Marketing. Every process is digitalized. No chaos or paperwork at all.
Personal development: Vince is a highly professional expert in sales. He will make sure that you will develop as fast as possible to an account executive, if you would like.
Your qualifications:
1. Hands-on. You are solution-oriented and love finding opportunities to automate processes.
2. Previous roles: Sales development representative or business development representative.
3. Experience: Two years or more. We are looking for someone ready to grow with us.
4. Language skills: German language (C1) is required. You should also be proficient in English (C1). French is a big plus.
5. Communication: You communicate transparently and empathetically.
6. No closing attitude: If you can close deals, that would be a plus. But it is not necessary.
7. Structure: Self-organization and professional growth is the core of your work ethic.
8. Technical understanding: Familiarity with CRM software. Experience with HubSpot would be a plus.
9. Education: You have successfully completed a vocational training or a bachelor degree.
Your tasks:
1. Daily work: Provide administrative support, qualify leads, and assist Vince with documentation.
2. Outbound: Engage in cold calling and cold emailing.
3. Inbound: Handle pre-qualification by phone and coordinate meetings.
4. Social selling: Prospect and manage sequences on LinkedIn.
5. Customer contact: Build and maintain relationships through calls and written communication.
6. Process building: Support Vince in developing new processes and ideas.
