THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to our Client Sales Development team in Milan. (Please submit your CV in English)
The Business Development Representative will join as a key member of the expansion team for Italy, responsible for strategically working inbound leads, alongside completing outbound activities, to create value-driven conversations and opportunities validated by our Account Management team.
YOUR IMPACT
1. Research and tenaciously follow up on new opportunities via the phone and web
2. Maintain a high volume of activity including video meetings, phone calls, e-mail, social selling, etc.
3. Systematically develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential clients who show interest via our website or reply to our growth marketing efforts.
4. Connect quickly, in large volume, within the regional enterprise market to penetrate and drive business for the Wellhub expansion in Italy
5. Be able to pitch and explain a complex and emotional service solution in corporate contexts
6. Consistently crush your monthly validated opportunity quota
7. Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, adaptable, optimistic and welcome working in an international context
8. Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player
9. Understand that their success is not enough and that the success of an entire team and of those around you, is what sustains profitable growth
10. Work closely with a group of Account Managers to agree upon and execute a solid opportunity validation plan
