PRIMARY FUNCTION/ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be included in the Brescia Fire Fighting Spare Patrs team where, under the supervision of the company tutor, she/he will learn how:
• To control all inventory flows from parts operations through to shipment;
• To liaise with management from parts operations and sales and other logistics activities;
• To produce and analyze reports for Management review;
• To work with manager to set budgets;
• To monitor and control budgets;
• To negotiate local agreements with contractors/shipping lines;
• To work on assigned logistic processes to support flow optimization and guarantee the deliverables;
• To verify the respect of programmed deliveries, control suppliers' service level, material coverage rates and address material based on different production needs.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar high school qualifications;
• Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken. German is considered as a plus;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Team building and excellent relationship skills are the soft skills that complete the profile.
