Product Manager US Brands trainee / STAGE PRODUCT MANAGER US BRANDS TRAINEE [STAGE] ORGANIZZAZIONE MISSION The ideal candidate will learn the key elements of Product Management, focusing on both brands NARS and Drunk Elephant, by not only analyzing data and understanding its meanings and trends, but also by being a support in the operating part of different marketing activations and special projects. S/He will improve the skills related to work organization and the achievement of objectives, working in a team and operating consistently with the other departments. ORGANIZATION Reports to US Brands Group Product Manager Contract type: stage 6 6 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Implementation of the EMEA strategy at a local level Ensure that the timing of the annual launch plan is respected at a local level Ensure all the counterparts negotiated at EMEA level are delivered and locally executed Help maintaining both brands image: POS visibilities, merchandising guidelines and specific promotional devices, assortment etc. Monthly analysis of NPD sell-out data PO integration in SAP Constantly monitor the A&P mix and make adjustments if necessary, taking into account RHQ feedback and consumer insights from retailers Support the Group Product Manager in developing the business with Sephora, as well as leveraging on all the retailers counterparts Establish strategic and privileged relationships with retailers local contacts (buyers, trade marketing managers, categories, etc) Support the Group Product Manager in identifying axes of partnerships to implement 360° marketing activities (POS, online, CRM) and give feedback to EMEA for future launches/negotiations Participate in the forecast/set up of launches and POSM Supporting in sales forces materials and presentation production Brand reporting for EMEA team & BH PROFILE At least 1 experience in a similar role Digital Attitude as well as knowledge of Marketing & Trade Marketing basics English highly required Experience and awareness in Skincare/Make-up market is a nice to have Excellent knowledge of the Office package and advanced use of Excel Ability to analyze data is strongly requested Precision/Autonomy/Relational excellence/Entrepreneurial spirit /Open-mindedness/Positive attitude/willing to learn/proactive and reactive Extremely organized and with focus on results and respect of deadlines Able to work effectively under pressure and to get things done with constantly changing priorities, projects and deadlines Alignment with the group’s « Trust8 » working principles: Think Big, Take Risks, Hands on, Collaborate, Be Open, Act with Integrity, Be Accountable, Applaud Success OPERATIONAL NOTES Paid internship meal vouchers provided Opportunity of 2 days of remote working per week Full time 6 months ( other 6 months if potential) Performance evaluation all along the stage path Qualitative workplace, strong corporate culture Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries: Marketing Services J-18808-Ljbffr
