Opportunity for a Senior level Solar PV sales professional to join a global TOP 10 Tier 1 Solar Panel company, as Sales Director. In this role you will develop clients in Distributers, C&I and EPCs.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Italy’s DG-scale solar business. Identify, engage, and nurture key customer relationships, ensuring a robust sales pipeline. Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring revenue and growth targets are met. Represent DMEGC Solar at industry events, trade shows, and strategic meetings.
Requirement : 5+ years of solar PV sales experience in Italy A well-established network of distributors, EPCs, and small-medium size developers in the region. In-depth understanding of customer organization structures, decision-making processes, and procurement strategies. Proven ability to develop and manage sales pipelines effectively. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure, and drive results. \ Fluency in English and Italian
