The Social Hub is on a journey to be the pioneer in the hospitality industry. We are rethinking the way we do sales, and we're stepping up our game. To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a Strategic Key Account Manager to accelerate the growth and expansion of The Social Hub, with a strong focus on Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and consortia programs. You’ll work alongside our Head of Growth, taking the B2B function to the next level. This role gives you the freedom to build the function from the ground up and directly shape how we're perceived as a hybrid hospitality brand. You’ll be identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue by engaging key players in the corporate travel ecosystem. With a firm belief in the potential of our multi-product brand, you see endless ways to expand our footprint in the world of TMCs and consortia partnerships.

What You’ll Do:
* Manage and grow relationships with TMC’s and enterprise organizations worldwide, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
* Develop and execute a global account management strategy that strengthens ties with existing partners while identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
* Be the main point of contact for Travel Managers, Consortia Program owners, proactively addressing their needs, challenges, and opportunities to maximize the value of our partnership.
* Negotiate and secure agreements that align with The Social Hub’s goals and provide exceptional experiences for business travel stay, meeting and connect.
* Collaborate with regional teams and commercial managers to ensure smooth coordination across all TSH locations.
* Stay ahead of market trends in corporate business travel, using insights to drive innovation and tailor TSH’s offerings to institutional needs.
* Represent The Social Hub at international business travel fairs, conferences, and networking events to expand our presence in the corporate sector.
Who You Are:
* A relationship-driven professional with 4+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development.
* A strategic thinker who understands how to align business goals with enterprise needs.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!).
* Adaptable, proactive, and eager to work with diverse stakeholders across different cultures.
* Passionate about hospitality, and building international communities.
