Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Segretario Ricevimento Turnante at Sina Hotels in Viareggio. The role involves clerical tasks, communication with guests and staff, company secretarial work, executive administrative assistance, and providing top-notch customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
* Clerical Skills and Company Secretarial Work
* Excellent Communication skills
* Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Customer Service
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
* Prior experience in the hospitality industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends or holidays as needed
