To strengthen our global Digital BusinessDevelopment team, we are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Merchandising Specialist. This global role enables and empowers local/market operativemanagement and execution of digital sales channels, to pursue a trueomnichannel approach and achievement of the business results across allchannels
Our purpose is to globally develop, scale andempower the digital and digitally enabled businesses and relationships of oursales and marketing organization via scalable, sustainable and profitablesolutions. In the global Digital Commerce and Merchandizing service, we ensureconsistent brand visibility and availability in all relevant digital channelsby constantly creating, improving and optimizing the various digital shelvesvia persona-based and mission-focused offerings, maximizing growth options andfinancial viability.
YOURTASKS
1. Deploying the global Digital Commerce & Merchandizing growth strategy and roadmap, developing best practices and guidelines for local markets for successful end-to-end into market execution
2. Identify and ensure best practices/guidelines local implementation to support successful end-to-end market execution (e.g. sales & merchandising plan,business review,budget/forecast/KPIs,JBPs,etc)
3. Support local markets in achieving commercial success & business objective in digital channels with different business model (marketplace, omni-retailer, own store, quick commerce, social commerce)
4. Delivering evolutional and operational consultancy in the sales and merchandizing area to local teams as well as identification of weaknesses and enablement of growth & evolution improvements
5. Collaboration with internal global teams, to drive progression in the organization, and local/market teams to empower local channel management and execution
6. Maximum exploitation of the digital sales tools and platforms (e.g. own e-commerce, syndication, …) and the respective functionalities/features to guarantee ROI and adoption
7. Project management of initiatives implementation to evolve existing digital commerce and merchandizing activities
Operatively setup and drive global channel management (e.g. Alibaba.com)
8. Support on ecommerce platforms and marketplaces accounts (e.g Seller Central, Vendor Central, …)
YOURPROFILE
9. Economics degree
10. 3-5 years experience in similar roles with global-local setups (D2C, FMCG/CPG, Retail are strong advantage)
11. Commercially driven, solution oriented and data-driven
12. Sales, Operations, Marketing and Online channel management knowledge and experience
13. Strong personality, proactive and with good organizational skills
14. Highly committed talent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, German is a plus
