As Site Technical Leader, you are responsible for supporting all technical aspects during the installation and customer service phase.
We offer an open-ended contract with a 6-month trial period.

As Site Technical Leader, you are responsible for:
* Coordinating and planning overall daily technical activities on site and managing the priorities
* Ensuring a high quality Customer Support
* Taking lead on resolving technical issues that arise on site
* Managing logistics and material aspects and liaising with the subcontractors (supplies, storage, etc.) on technical aspects of their work
* Ensuring customer’s requirements are met in terms of compliance and technical performance
* Conducting CCBs, ensuring bugs are reported, collecting and distributing REX
* Ensuring timely and strong communication with the Site Manager
* Promoting a high performance culture and motivating the team
* Developing strong professional communication lines with the customer
What we value
You have:
* A previous experience in an industrial environment
* A broad technical knowledge and an understanding of how to manage tasks in planning as well as according to technology
* At least 5 years of experience as a team leader or people manager (required)
* A proven experience in the installation and commissioning of Proton Therapy or large Radiation Therapy centers; knowledge of Medical Devices Installation processes is a strong asset
* A good understanding of Total Quality Management, including non-quality topics, ergonomics, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis
* Italian language proficiency to communicate with the local team and customers
* Good oral and written communication skills in English
