About the Role
Position: HR Assistant / HR Specialist
Job location: Milan, Italy
Responsibilities
* Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job advertisements, collecting, and screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support new employee onboarding procedures and training arrangements.
* Employee Records Management: Maintain employee records, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality. Assist in handling employee departure procedures. Assist in generating HR reports and analyses.
* Employee Relations Coordination: Assist in addressing employees' daily issues and concerns. Participate in organizing employee activities to promote team building.
* Legal Compliance: Familiarize oneself with labor laws and ensure that the company's HR policies comply with legal regulations. Assist in handling legal matters related to employees, such as labor contracts etc.
* HR Service Provider Management: Communicate effectively with external HR service providers to ensure alignment with organizational needs. Invoice verification and payment processing.
Qualifications
* Have HR work experience in the consumer electronics field, especially in the mobile sales industry.
* Able to quickly complete work tasks, clearly understand the needs of the business department.
* Take ownership of HR-related issues, resolving them promptly in alignment with organizational needs.
* Champion best practices in HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn and adapt to evolving HR practices and industry trends.
Required Skills
* Have experience in the mobile industry, understand the basic situation and job responsibilities of the industry, and be able to quickly comprehend business needs and complete recruitment.
* Proficient in handling negotiations and deals related to HR services and solutions, showcasing an ability to navigate increased complexity.
* Legal awareness of labor risks, with experience in drafting customized contract terms tailored to HR services.
* Possess strong logical and analytical skills, capable of assessing HR business requirements and providing practical recommendations for procurement decisions.
* Bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in Italian and English.
* Medium-high level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office Excel and other software.
