Position Snapshot EPG Italy, Benevento Factory Permanent contract A previous experience (3/5 years) in a similar role Experience in Procurement is a must; experience in international purchasing will be a plus Negotiation and Analytical skills Proficient knowledge of Italian and English language is a must Job Responsibilities Support direct purchasing in our plant in Benevento, creating purchasing strategies for the assigned portfolio and implementing them in the business. Ensure successful negotiations and the smooth implementation of projects in the plant. Ensure the supply of our plants through regular, intensive supplier management, selecting suitable suppliers and successfully negotiating contracts. Implement cost-saving projects, taking into account total cost of ownership, innovation/renovation, and risk minimization. Maintain regular dialogue and competent communication with stakeholders on negotiations and market developments. What Will Make You Successful Extensive and sound professional experience in an industrial company. Knowledge and experience in project management and the successful implementation of projects. Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Dynamics & SAP. Work in a responsible, structured and results-oriented manner.
