Job Description
The Store Supervisor has to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand. The Store Supervisor helps the Store Manager in managing all back office activities, and ensures that the procedures indicated by the Store Manager are carried out by staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage.
* Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony.
* Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
* Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
* Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies.
* Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication.
* Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines.
* Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise.
* Support the Store Manager in the daily planning of the organization and management of the warehouse, in store maintenance and sales activities and in the analysis and reporting activities.
* Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies.
* Be the first point of contact in the event of the Store Manager's absence.
Key Requirements
* Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
* Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
* Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude.
* Ability to adapt to different customers.
* Team-playing attitude.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
* Fluent in English. Another language is a plus (preferential Arabic and/or Russian).
