Sales Engineer South Italy - Water Treatment

We have expanded our water treatment portfolio by acquiring Culligan Commercial & Industrial in Italy, France, and the UK. This powerful combination will offer even greater benefits to our customers.
In this position, you will play a fundamental role in creating sales strategies, sales forecast reports, and sales pipelines. You will manage local networks of sales agents, dealer networks, and customer portfolios to develop market shares.
Main responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the assigned area: Campania, Basilicata, Puglia through constant relations with customers
* Commercial promotion activities at design studios, large thermo-hydraulic companies, and consultants for the promotion and use of water treatment systems
* Buid and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
* Prepare offers and quotations for new systems or for the renovation of existing ones
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities
Your background:
* Technical qualification as chemical/mechanical/thermos-hydraulic
* Previous experience of 2 years in structured companies in the plant and machinery sector, preferably specific water treatment
* Availability to work off-site and continuous travel within the assigned territory (Campania, Basilicata, Puglia)
* Knowledge of the English language is appreciated
* Strong skills of empathy and creation of interpersonal relationships
* Problem-solving skills, ability to work on projects, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, motivation, availability for mobility, and inclination towards innovations complete the required profile
