We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager in our Naples office, the major service delivery center in the Group. In a dynamic and growing IT department, the IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager reports to the IT Senior Platforms Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and delivery of IT Infrastructure projects deployed in our HQ datacenters. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead infrastructure professionals (internals/externals) in the planning and execution of datacenter projects; Help the unit in adopting the right datacenter solution(s); Work with cross-functional teams to align datacenter infrastructure with organizational goals; Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members; Manage life cycle of datacenter components: (introduce, deploy, maintain, and retire it); Oversee day-to-day operations of all datacenter components in scope; Oversee deployment of hardware in datacenters; Participate in capacity planning and resource forecasting for datacenter expansions; Define key performance indicators for datacenter components & ensure SLAs are met; Implement quality control processes to ensure the reliability and performance of datacenter infrastructure; Collaborate with vendors for procurement of datacenter hardware, software, and services; Follow internal processes and manage budget and contracts for all datacenter components; Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for datacenter configurations, procedures, and policies. REQUIREMENTS Fluent in English, oral and written. Any other language is an advantage; Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; Must have at least 8 years of total experience, of which 3 years as an Infrastructure lead; Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and to deliver under stretched deadlines; Good communication skills to align stakeholders.
