This role in summary The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily activities, gaining practical experience in various areas of personnel management. They will be involved in projects related to recruitment, selection, training and personnel administration, actively contributing to the achievement of the department's objectives.Your responsibilities will include Support the employee lifecycle management. Assist in organizing training and development courses for personnel. Cooperate in leading HR process (performance review, people planning, etc.) Update personnel databases and file documents. Support the preparation of reports and presentations. Collaborate with the HR team on specific projects. Minimum requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Humanities, Economics or Law. Knowledge of Office package Fluent in Italian and English languages Precision, organization and teamwork attitude.
