We have worked with SMEs for years, we know their problems well and we solve them with data, technology and design. Born in summer 2021, we've raised funds from international investors (e.g. Keen Venture Partners, Exor, Foudners) and we have ambitious goals that require the best team.
What we look for
* For our growing leads pipeline, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our team of superstars and help us close even more deals. This is an intense, challenging and fast job where a mix of sales ability and analytical skills are required to succeed.
* Our sales team is scaling fast and we strongly believe there's room for more demos to be done and more deals to be closed.
* We’re looking for someone who wants to get their hands dirty and who has a passion for excelling at what they do.

What will you do:
* You will be in charge of demoing our solutions to the hot leads our SDR team has sourced for you.
* You will meet up new CEOs every single day during your demos and you will be showcasing them Sibill's features.
* You will follow your deals throughout their trial with follow-up meetings to make sure they are making the most out of our software.
* You will be managing a pipeline of tens of deals with the goal of maximizing conversions.
What will you need:
* A (concrete) passion for innovation and for making things easier through technology.
* Ability to explain complex concepts in simple words.
* Ability to persuade prospect customers without promising the impossible or the unattainable.
* A passion for data and analysis to extract valuable information from the sales activity you’ll perform.
* Fluency in Italian and English.
