Operating in one of the most rapidly expanding sectors, we are currently seeking a Project Manager (Mid-Level) to join our EPC Italian team based in Rome.Responsibilities include:Lead and oversee the execution of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) projects from initiation to completion.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.Coordinate and interface management with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices.Support procurement activities by evaluating vendor proposals and managing contracts.Prepare and present project reports, updates, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.Foster collaboration between engineering, construction, and finance teams to optimize project efficiency.On-demand business trips to sites, any cities/countries to address the required works related to EPC management.Ensure quality assurance and control throughout the construction phase.Oversee project handover, including final documentation, commissioning, and operational readiness.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.3-7 years of project management experience in EPC or construction, preferably in renewable energy (solar, wind, or storage).Strong understanding of EPC contracts, project financing, and construction methodologies.Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and external contractors (preferred experience for battery energy storage system).Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Knowledge of HSE regulations and permitting requirements in the renewable energy industry.PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.Fluent both spoken and written in Italian and English.What We Offer:We believe in rewarding success!
