ELECTRICAL COMMISSIONING COORDINATORWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Commissioning Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record in coordinating and overseeing electrical commissioning activities on complex projects. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee all electrical aspects of the project, in commissioning and in onshore and offshore plants.Key Responsibilities:Electrical Works Coordination: Organize, coordinate, and control the execution of electrical works performed by subcontractors or in-house teams, ensuring seamless integration with other construction disciplines and engineering departments.Material and Equipment Management: Oversee the availability of construction materials and equipment, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with project documentation and schedule.Safety and Quality Compliance: Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures, actively contributing to safety walkdowns and incident investigations.Commissioning Planning: Verify that commissioning and start-up requirements are accounted for in engineering documents and participate in project planning and scheduling.Vendor Coordination: Review vendor schedules and assignments related to commissioning, start-up, and test run activities, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.Progress Reporting: Issue regular progress reports on electrical commissioning activities within your area of responsibility.Maintenance Planning: Contribute to the planning and scheduling of job routines for the project's maintenance plan, assigning resources, materials, and logistics.Maintenance Execution: Oversee preventive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance activities through your team.Work Order Approval: Approve work orders according to the Permit to Work procedure to enable scheduled works.Electrical Isolation Control: Ensure the correct implementation of electrical isolation control through the Switch Board locking and unlocking register.Personnel Development: Lead and train your team, identifying and addressing any training gaps.Maintenance Optimization: Optimize the maintenance plan, spare parts, and manpower based on plant feedback.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldProven experience in electrical commissioning and coordination on complex projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standardsExcellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsPlace of Work: Milano, Asia and EuropeDuration: 2 yearsAvailability: ASAP
