Key Responsibilities
Sales Targets
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territories (individual objectives set through EV).
Commercial Activities Coordination
Supervise and coordinate sales activities across all regions within the EMEA area, reporting to management on a weekly/monthly basis.
Budget and Forecasting
Monitor business performance on a monthly/quarterly basis and prepare sales budgets and projections in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
Sales Data Analysis
Collect and interpret key quantitative metrics (sell-out) and KPIs to develop data-driven strategies and enhance performance.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
Make informed decisions based on data, adopting creative problem-solving approaches and effectively leveraging available resources.
Customer Service
Manage and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Partner Consulting
Provide guidance to distributors and retailers on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
International Relations
Represent the company to international partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients through regular visits (at least once a year).
Local Staff Training
Organize and deliver training sessions for local partner staff (at least once a year) and coordinate incentive programs in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager.
Events and Trade Fairs
Plan and coordinate participation in relevant industry events and trade fairs.
Proactivity and Business Growth
Take a proactive approach to all markets, initiating strategies to capture business development opportunities.
New Markets
Identify emerging markets and explore new sales opportunities to drive growth.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure client requests are met on time and according to agreed deadlines, aligning with company standards.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience : A minimum of ___ years in Sales Management roles (ideally in the jewelry, fashion, or luxury sector) with a specific focus on EMEA.
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze sales data and develop data-driven strategies.
Relationship-Building : Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills with international partners/customers.
Leadership : Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Flexibility : Willingness to travel internationally for client visits, trade fairs, and events.
Languages : Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
