The Role
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and inspiring a talented team to provide an exceptional customer experience and drive business growth through entrepreneurial skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Optimizes sales performance by raising customer service standards, developing staff product knowledge, and improving selling skills.
* Monitors staff sales performance through KPIs, establishes action plans with the Retail Director, and implements changes to boost sales.
* Develops and expands customer base by leveraging high-profile clientele and sales opportunities.
* Maintains active social relationships with clients and community by understanding market needs and changes.
* Leverages CRM tools to attract, retain, and engage clients.
* Develops business strategies, sets achievable goals and targets, and implements incentives to boost sales.
* Demonstrates operational excellence in store processes, including managing budgetary expenses.
* Ensures store presentation and visual merchandising meet company standards.
* Guides the Operation Team to optimize store operations.
* Aware of products' sales trends and customer demands, applies this knowledge to inventory management and streamlines stock management.
* Ensures correct application of security procedures.
* Manages administrative and accounting responsibilities effectively.
The Ideal Candidate
* 5-8 years of retail leadership experience.
* Luxury Fashion/Retail industry experience preferred.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
* Well-connected with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills, passion for sales, and fashion expertise.
* Strong talent development and leadership skills.
