Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communication, Antonioli Group is looking for a Marketing & Content Assistant who will play a key role in developing and managing content across digital platforms. You’ll assist with social media strategy, content creation, and design marketing materials to support the group's brands (Antonioli, Ann Demeulemeester, 44 Label Group, Sogni, Volt Club). This position sits at the intersection of marketing and graphic design, ideal for a creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Design:
1. Design engaging graphics, visuals, and layouts for social media, email campaigns, and other digital assets
2. Assist in creating marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and infographics
3. Attend events, shootings, and external activation to create content from scratch
4. Edit and repurpose content for different platforms, ensuring brand consistency
Social Media Management:
1. Support the Social Media Strategist with planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
2. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and analyze performance metrics
3. Stay updated on social media trends to recommend innovative content ideas
Marketing Support:
1. Support the Marketing & Communication team with executing marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and promotional materials
2. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
3. Help coordinate events and productions (shootings, fashion shows)
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or social media management
2. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.) and Video Editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
3. Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
4. Strong writing and communication skills in Italian and English
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
6. Passion for the fashion and entertainment industry, drive, and will to go the extra mile when needed
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points!):
1. Experience with website content management (WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace)
2. Experience with AI and 3D content creating
3. Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices
